To make a syn-free coffee syrup
Take 1 pan.
1 cup of sweetner
1 cup of water
bring to the boil for 5 mins.
Now the flavours are up to you. I add 1 tbsp vanilla at the beginning for a vanilla one, 1 tbsp butterscotch flavouring for a toffee/caramel flavour and 1 tbsp ground cinnamon for a fabulously scented one.
If you make the cinnamon one, you will need to strain it before use through a sieve lined with kitchen roll or a coffee filter.
Just add a splash to your coffee to get that perk but syn free.
