Ingredients:
1. Separate the eggs put the whites into a large grease-free bowl and the yolks in a smaller one.
2. Mix the cocoa into the yolks to make a paste.
3. Whisk the eggs into stiff peaks, and slowly add the sweetener.
4. Fold in the cocoa paste with a metal spoon.
5. Gently pour into a lined cake tin.
6. Bake at 180c/gas mark 4/5 for 25 mins
7. Leave in tin for 5 mins to cool slightly, and then leave to cool on a rack.
I like to decorate mine with a mix of Muller Light, quark and fruit - especially strawberries!
