Beef and Vegetable Soup


Beef and Vegetable Soup 

500g 5% beef mince
1 large onion, roughly chopped
A decent shake of garlic granules 
1 potato, peeled and diced
2 carrots, peeled and diced  
4 pints (ish) beef stock
Smattering of Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbsps tomato puree
2 cans chopped tomatoes
2 cups (Give or take) frozen mixed vegetables
Heaped palmful of steakhouse seasoning

1. In a large pan, soften the onions. Add the mince and brown. Breaking up with the back of a spoon. Add the steakhouse seasoning & garlic and cook out a little. 

2. Add the tomato puree, wookie sauce, carrot, potatoes, tomatoes and frozen veggies. Mix well. Cover with beef stock. 

3. Bring to the boil, then reduce and leave to bubble for about an hour - or until the potato is cooked to your liking. 

You may want to add more or less stock, depending on how thick you want your soup to be.
