Mini Pies

Anyone who knows me will be aware of my slight gadget addiction. I recently was given a new one by the Hubster for our 10th wedding anniversary - a pie maker.
Best described as a giant toastie machine. So useful as Thing 2's favourite food is pie.
Here's a quick easy pie for a simple supper.
Baked bean & sausage pie - serves 2
Packet ready made short crust pastry (ready rolled for less clean up)
1 tin baked beans and sausages
25g grated cheese.
Worcestershire sauce.
Heat the pie maker. Roll pastry out to the thickness of a £1 coin. Cut 2 bases & lids out with the cutter.
Grease the pie maker.  Open your can. (Tricky stuff this pie making).
Place the bases in cavities then add the sausages and top with beans (about 2 tbsps). Splash on some Worcestershire Sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.
Pop on the lids, close the lid & leave to bake for roughly 5 mins.  When golden all over remove and serve.
We have also made these using leftover chilli con carne too!
