Cheeseburger Salad Bowl & Not-So-Secret Sauce

I happened upon a picture on @pintrest  which lead me to this recipe here
makes 4 servings
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
250g lean steak mince (less than 10%)
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
2 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
40g shredded sharp cheddar cheese
dill pickle slices (optional)
1. In a large frying pan heat the oil over a medium heat.  Add the onion cook for 2 minutes to soften.
2. Add the garlic & mince, break up the beef with the back of a spatula and cook for about 6-7 minutes.
3. Continue to cook until all the meat is browned.
4. Remove pan from heat and set aside while you assemble the salads.
To serve: split the romaine, tomatoes and cheese between four large bowls/plates.
Divide the beef mixture evenly among the salads.
Drizzle each serving with 2 tablespoons of the sauce (see the recipe below). Serve immediately.
Not-So-Secret Sauce (makes roughly 8 servings)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I used Tesco Everyday Value at 40 kcal per tbsp)
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 teaspoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon burger relish
1 tablespoon minced white onion
1 teaspoon sugar
Couple of slices of gherkin
dash Tabasco sauce, or hot sauce
In a small jug blitz with a hand blender or a mini food processor until the gherkin has been finely chopped.
Set to one side.
