Creamy rice & chicken

400g tin cream of chicken soup
2 chicken breasts
Cooked long brain rice
Handful mature Cheddar cheese.

In a small slow cooker pour the soup and chicken.

Cook on low for 4 hours.

Stir in the rice and cheese. Leave for 15 mins to warm through.

I also like to add some sautéed mushrooms & petit pois.
