Syn-Free Lime Pickle

8 Limes
6 tsp sea salt
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 tsp chilli flakes
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp artificial sweetener.

1. Soak 7 limes in cold water at room temperature for 3-4 day.
2. Cut the limes into bite-sized pieces.
3. Mix the spices together and coat the lime pieces.
4. Put the spicy limes into a sterilised jar as tightly packed as possible.
5. Squeeze over the remaining lime's juice.
6. Store in a cool dark place for a month, and shake every other day.
