Pizza Pasta

Serves 6

500g extra lean minced beef
1 large onion, diced
1 x 400g tin chopped tomatoes with garlic and basil (or plain and add your own herbs)
1 pack of whole-wheat fusilli pasta, cooked and drained
1 ball mozzarella cheese, shredded
120g sliced pepperoni.

1. In a large frying pan cook the beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Stir in the tomatoes and pasta.

2. Transfer into to baking dish that has been sprayed with Fry Light. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange the pepperoni over the top.

3. Bake uncovered at 180c for 25-30 mins, or until heated through.
