Stretchy Burgers

500g extra lean beef mince
1 onion, peeled and roughly chopped
1 carrot, peeled and roughly chopped
1/2 courgette, roughly chopped
1 tbsp steakhouse seasoning
1 beef oxo cube

1. In a food processor chop the veggies really small.

2. Add the mince & seasonings then pulse until combined, then put on continuously until a ball of mince forms.

3. Shape the meat mixture into 12 patties.  Chill until needed.

4. To cook, either fry or grill until cooked through.

Serve.

N.B. The added veggies make these burgers really juicy.

  1. these sound nice.. do they stay together when cooking as when ever i try to make my own i end up with a pile of mush instead of a burger hehe
