Beef Burgers

500g Extra Lean Minced Beef
2 small onions, roughly quartered
1 carrot, cut into big chunks
palmful of steakhouse seasoning


In a food processor, add the onion and carrot. Pulse until a fine chop. Add the seasoning and mince.

Blitz until well combined and meat begins to ball up.

Make into patties and rest in the fridge for about 15 mins.

These are suitable to be cooked on the bbq, George Foreman or even just a regular grill.

I like to layer mine with bacon and cheese, and top with fried onions and mushrooms.
