Butternut squash and bacon soup

1 butternut squash, roughly chopped (with or without skin)
1 onion
2 stock cube or Knorr Stockpot
smoked bacon (trimmed and as much as you like I tend to use about 6 rashers)
salt, pepper and garlic

Throw it all in a big pan and boil until butternut is soft. Blitz and serve!
