Taco Pasta Bowl



4 nests of Tagliatelle
3oz chicken/turkey mince, cooked in a slow cooker with taco seasoning
2 extra light laughing cow triangle
Handful chopped mushrooms
1 onion, diced
1 small tin sweetcorn

1 taco shell

Boil your pasta, sauté the mushrooms and onion. When soft add the sweetcorn and heat through.

Drain the pasta, return to the pan, top with all ingredients and mix well.

Serve with a large salad, and home-made salsa.
