Spiced Broccoli

1 Head of broccoli, cut into small florets
1 large (or 2 small) red onions, sliced
1 red chilli, finely chopped (or 1 tsp Lazy Chilli)
1-2 garlic cloves (or couple tsps Lazy Garlic)
1 tbsp fresh grated ginger ( or chopped Lazy Ginger/sushi ginger)
Splash of soy sauce

Dry fry the onion and garlic. Add the broccoli and a little water.

Add chilli and ginger, then soy sauce to coat.

Cook through (about 5 mins) and serve.
