Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips

Chop sweet potatoes into chips.

Soak for 20mins in cold water.

Dry well, in a bowl spray with Fry Light and sprinkle with cinnamon. Toss to coat.

Bake at 230c in a foiled lined tray for 15 mins, turn the chips and return to oven for another 5-10 mins.

Serve.
