Breakfast Omelette

Syn Free on Green and Extra Easy

6 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 tin of baked beans
salt and pepper









Heat a non stick frying pan over medium/high heat, spray with Fry Light. Add the chopped onion, cook until softened, in a bowl/jug beat the eggs well and add half the tin of baked beans. Stir well.

Add the egg and bean mixture to the pan. Cook until just firm on the hob and pop under the grill to finish the top.

Serve with mushrooms, tomatoes and the rest of the baked beans.
