'Honey' Mustard Dressing

200g VLF Natural Yoghurt
1/2 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tsp brown sweetener
salt & pepper to taste

Add ingredients into a small bowl and mix well, serve.

8 Limes 6 tsp sea salt 2 tsp cumin seeds 2 tsp chilli flakes 2 tsp cumin 2 tsp garam masala 2 tbsp artificial sweetener. 1. Soak 7 limes in cold water at room temperature for 3-4 day. 2. Cut the limes into bite-sized pieces. 3. Mix the spices together and coat the lime pieces. 4. Put the spicy limes into a sterilised jar as tightly packed as possible. 5. Beef and Vegetable Soup

Beef and Vegetable Soup 500g 5% beef mince 1 large onion, roughly chopped A decent shake of garlic granules 1 potato, peeled and diced 2 carrots, peeled and diced 4 pints (ish) beef stock Smattering of Worcestershire Sauce 3 tbsps tomato puree 2 cans chopped tomatoes 2 cups (Give or take) frozen mixed vegetables Heaped palmful of steakhouse seasoning 1. In a large pan, soften the onions. Add the mince and brown. Breaking up with the back of a spoon. Add the steakhouse seasoning & garlic and cook out a little. 2. Add the tomato puree, wookie sauce, carrot, potatoes, tomatoes and frozen veggies. Mix well. Cover with beef stock. 3. Bring to the boil, then reduce and leave to bubble for about an hour - or until the potato is cooked to your liking. You may want to add more or less stock, depending on how thick you want your soup to be.

Taco-Style Fries

Serves 4. Spice Mix: 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp smoked paprika 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp cayenne powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp sweetener 1 tsp Italian seasoning 500g lean beef mince 2 red onions, finely chopped 1 red pepper, finely chopped 1 tin chopped tomatoes 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 1 beef stock cube Either 4 baking potatoes, chipped Or butternut squash cut in to batons. Put the chips on a baking tray to cook. Fry the onion and pepper until soft and see-through. Add beef mince and brown. Stirring occasionally to break it up. Add the spice mix, Worcestershire sauce and stock cube. Stir well. Add tomatoes, mix and leave to cook on a medium bubble for 20 mins. Add a little water if it's looking dry. Taco Sauce 6 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt 1/2 tbsp tomato puree 1/2 tsp smoked smoked tabasco 1 tsp minced garlic Mix well. You may want to thin it out a little.
